Welcome to the Coruserev.ai web booking portal! This Privacy Policy explains how Coruserev.ai ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information from golfers ("you" or "your") who use our services to book tee times and make inquiries with golf clubs.

Important Note: Your contract for golf services (e.g., tee time reservations, green fees) is directly with the golf club you select, and not with Coruserev.ai. Coruserev.ai is a technology provider that facilitates your booking with the golf club through the use of its booking system.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information from you when you use our web booking portal and our AI Voice Concierge system. This information may include:

  • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number.

  • Booking Details: Desired golf club, date and time of tee time, number of players, special requests.

  • Payment Information: When you make a payment for a booking, your payment information (such as credit/debit card details) is collected and processed directly by a third-party payment gateway selected by the golf club. The golf club may choose to use either Stripe or Cardpoint for payment processing. We do not directly process, store, or have access to your full payment card details on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of successful or failed payment from the chosen payment gateway.

  • Communication Data: Records of your interactions with our AI Voice Concierge and AI Chatbot, including inquiries and booking requests. This may include voice recordings (for the AI Voice Concierge) and chat transcripts.

  • Weather Guarantee Information (Optional): If you choose to purchase a Weather Guarantee (an add-on service offered by Sensible Weather), we will collect information necessary to facilitate this service, such as your booking details and contact information.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, access times, and referring website addresses. This helps us understand how our services are used and improve them.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our services, such as pages viewed, features accessed, and time spent on the portal.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with the following parties:

  • Golf Clubs: We share your personal information and booking details directly with the golf club(s) you choose to book with or inquire about. This is essential for the golf club to process your reservation and provide their services.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers to assist us in operating our business, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, and communication platforms. These providers are obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  • Payment Processors: As mentioned above, payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways, specifically Stripe or Cardpoint, depending on the golf club's selection. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to these payment gateways. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies to understand how they collect, use, and protect your payment information:

  • Sensible Weather (Weather Guarantee Provider): If you opt to purchase the optional Weather Guarantee, we will share necessary booking details and contact information (e.g., name, email, booking dates, golf club, total booking value) with Sensible Weather to enable them to provide and administer their Weather Guarantee service to you. Your engagement with the Weather Guarantee is subject to Sensible Weather's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies:

  • Golf Course Tee Sheet Providers: To provide you with accurate tee time availability and to manage your bookings, our system connects with and exchanges information with various golf course tee sheet management systems. This involves both sending your booking details (e.g., name, contact, tee time) to these providers and receiving availability information from them. The tee sheet providers we currently integrate with include, but may not be limited to:

    • Lightspeed

    • ForeUp

    • Clubprophet

    • Clubcaddie

    • Zest

    • QETI

    • Golf Manager

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand their data practices, as they act on behalf of the golf clubs you book with.

  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a court order or subpoena.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. CourseRev SMS Privacy Policy

Information Collection: We collect phone numbers solely for sending transactional tee time confirmations, cancellations, and reminders.

Information Use: Phone numbers are used exclusively for automated SMS notifications related to your golf bookings.

Information Sharing: We do NOT share, sell, or distribute your phone number or SMS-related information to any third parties, affiliates, or external analytics providers.
